What can AI automation actually do for my business?

Most businesses start with the repetitive jobs: logging enquiries, copying details between systems, sending first replies and reminders, and getting requests to the right person. We automate those steps and keep a person in the loop wherever a decision or an external message is involved.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We look at what is working, what isn't and what your visitors need to do, then redesign around that. We can keep your content and domain, and connect the new site to the tools you already use.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. If a tool has an API, webhooks or an email inbox, we can normally link it into a workflow, using platforms like n8n or a custom integration. We will tell you early if something isn't a good fit.

What is included in hosting and care?

Dependable hosting, updates, security maintenance, backups and ongoing technical support. We agree exactly what is covered at the start, so you know who to call and what happens next.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. A focused website is a very different project to a custom web app or a multi-step automation. After a short conversation about what you need, we give you a clear quote before any work starts.

How long does a project take?

Smaller websites and single automations take weeks rather than months. Larger web apps and connected systems are planned in phases, so you see progress early. We agree a timeline with you up front.

Do you build custom web apps as well as websites?

Yes. Alongside websites we design and build bespoke web applications, such as client portals, booking and quoting tools and internal dashboards, and connect them to your automations and hosting.

Where is iDesign DA3 based, and who do you work with?

We are based in Longfield, Kent, between Dartford and Gravesend. We work with businesses across Kent and the rest of the UK.
